Whole body vibration · Made in the USA
Ten easy minutes that move your whole body.
LifetimeVibe is a patented whole body vibration machine built from cherry wood and steel. You stand, or sit, on a gently rocking platform while your muscles do the work. It’s part of Kathryn’s own routine, and we’ll help you find the right one for your home or practice.
- Patented, designed and made in the USA
- A seat and support bars for anyone who’d rather not stand
- 12 preset programs, from 5 to 12 minutes

What it is
Exercise that comes to you.
Whole body vibration is a simple form of exercise. The LifetimeVibe platform rocks like a see-saw, several times a second: as the left side rises, the right side drops. Your body responds the way it does on a walk, with your legs, hips and core working to keep you balanced.
Stand still, hold a gentle pose, or follow the included exercise flip chart. Feet closer together feels softer; farther apart asks more of you. You choose the speed and the time, and most sessions last 5 to 12 minutes.

Why this one
Built differently, on purpose.
Chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and nurses helped shape the design.

A seat and support bars
LifetimeVibe is the only whole body vibration machine with an attachable seat and side support bars, so you can sit, or steady yourself, and still enjoy a session.

Handles for real exercises
Ergonomic, powder-coated hand holds and a front exercise bar make it easy to hold natural positions and add upper-body work.

Quiet, solid and mobile
A whisper-quiet ½ hp motor, a cherry wood and steel frame, and large wheels so one person can roll it where it’s needed.
Who it’s for
From the living room to the clinic.
- Home: a few minutes before work, after a walk, or at the end of the day
- Active adults: a warm-up before golf, the gym or the trail
- Anyone who’d rather sit: the seat and support bars make it accessible
- Professionals: chiropractors, therapists, studios and senior centers

Why we offer it
Part of how we live.
At The Frequency Boutique, Geoff and Kathryn Belleville help people take care of themselves at home. Whole body vibration is part of Kathryn’s own routine, alongside quantum biofeedback and time with their bees. They bring a LifetimeVibe to wellness events across the Northwest, and you can try one at their Springfield, Oregon studio.
Questions
Quick answers.
What does it feel like?
Like standing on a gently rocking platform. The first few seconds can surprise you, and most people settle in quickly. Many describe it as energizing and fun.
How long is a session?
Most sessions run 5 to 12 minutes. The 12 presets run 5, 10 or 12 minutes, and manual mode stops on its own after 10 minutes. Many owners do a short session once or twice a day.
Do I have to stand?
No. LifetimeVibe is the only whole body vibration machine with an attachable seat and side support bars. The 6-inch base also lets someone in a wheelchair rest their feet on the plate.
Is it loud?
No. The ½ hp motor is whisper quiet, and the cherry wood and steel frame doesn’t rattle.
Is it safe for me?
Whole body vibration is exercise. Talk with your physician before starting, especially if you are pregnant, are managing a medical condition, or have an implant such as a pacemaker.
Use it indoors on level ground, supervise children and pets, and always use the seat together with the side support bars.
See it, stand on it, then decide.
